We are manufacturing Fly- ash bricks at Lucknow, using State of Art Technology with a production capacity of 1 Lac bricks per day. Our manufactured with FaLG (Fly- Ash, Lime, Stone dust and Gypsum/ Cement) chemicals using a high compressive press. Hence our bricks are non- fired and consume very low energy in Production.

Government Guidelines

  • U.P.P.W.D circular dated 03.11.2003 informs importance of Fly-Ash bricks.
  • Fly-Ash bricks are incorporated in UP PWD specifications book dated 04.11.2008.
  • Fly-Ash bricks are included in CPWD DSR 2007.
  • Gazette of India / Judgement of High court has made use of Fly-Ash bricks both by public and Private Sector as mandatory.
  • MES has also incorporated in their SSR (Standard Schedule rates).

Advantages of

  • High Compressive Strength: Our Bricks composition, ensure that we achieve compressive strengths of 100-150 kg/sq.cm and above. Our fly ash bricks can be used in load bearing walls.
  • Environment Friendly: Our brick uses unfired Fly Ash technology hence the CO2 emissions in the manufacturing process are limited. Further use of ourbricks helps in conservation of precious top-soil.
  • Uniform Size and Plaster Saving: Normal size of traditional bricks ranges between 220mm x 106mm x 63mm to 224mm x 106mm x63mm. The Reciprocal bricks are however offered in firm dimensions 230mm x 110mm x 70mm there by offering a brick bigger by around 20%. and saving in plaster by around 20%.
  • Fire Resistant And Incombustible: Fly ash brick, is an inorganic substance and is totally incombustible and offers twice the fire protection of concrete. It is ideal for protection of structural steel from fire, a 100mm (4”) thickness of clc density 650 to 100 Kg provides over four hours of fire endurance.
